Home-again-cyclists
Home Again offers a home for children from all backgrounds aged between 12 and 18 in a residential care setting. Our aim is to provide as homely an environment as possible for those who need it and for as long as they need it. When they turn 18 we seek to provide ongoing accommodation where necessary to assist with their transition to adult life.

What your donation would do?

Annual contributions at the following levels would enable Home Again to provide services:

  • €250 would pay the education for a child for 1 month
  • €500 would provide psychological counselling for 1 boy for 3 months
  • €1,000 would cover the food bills for the two houses for 2 weeks

A donation of any amount would of course be much appreciated and help Home Again in the current financial climate in fulfilling its caring mission. Your entire donation will go directly to support these deserving children as Home Again is managed by a committee of volunteers.

What are our costs and how are we funded?

Home Again purchased its two homes over many years, principally through generous donations, legacies, and fund raising. Our main costs are the salaries of our Director of Care and care workers, all of whom are professionally qualified. Our other costs include food, clothing, medical/therapy, educational support, property repairs/maintenance, insurance and heating.  Our main funding is from TUSLA (Child & Family Agency). However, grants fall well short of our total recurring costs.

We are therefore making this appeal to you for your support.
